Salary: LPN $27-29/hr DOE
RN $38.48-40.90/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:
+ Deliver Patient-Centered Care – Conduct assessments, provide treatments, and ensure strong follow-up care.
+ Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with providers and healthcare staff to create effective care plans.
+ Educate & Empower – Support patients and families with knowledge on conditions, treatments, and prevention.
