Job Description
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license
- With at least 1–3 years of clinical experience; experience in regenerative medicine, integrative/functional medicine, aesthetic, or wellness clinic is an advantage
- Knowledge or exposure to advanced therapies such as stem cell therapy, PRP, IV therapy, or similar procedures is preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical terms in a patient-friendly manner
- Strong background in patient education, care coordination, and case management
- Experience handling patient inquiries via phone, messaging platforms (e.g., Practice Better, WhatsApp, Viber), or similar systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Google Sheets, EMR systems, and digital patient management platforms
