Clinic Operations Director

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Clinic Operations Director is responsible for the efficient operations of the network clinics, including planning and executing their business plans and programs, achieving their financial goals and objectives, supervising the Clinic Operations Managers, the Medical Affairs Team, Clinic Team Leaders, development and implementation of Clinic Operations, Physician Relations, and Infection Control Policies.

A.     General Operations

· Becomes an expert with mastery of the Care Center Clinic. Healthcare Model with particular emphasis on Clinic Operations.

· Coordinates with and supervises Clinic Operations Managers and Clinic Team Leads.

· Coordinates with and supervises the Medical Affairs Team.

· Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards related to Clinic Operations.

· Assists in the planning and execution of business plans.

· Monitors compliance of clinics with operating expense budgets.
