**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

CHI St. Alexius specialty clinics is looking for a Full Time Clinic RN to assist in Neurology. LPNs eligible to apply as well!

$20,000 Sign On Bonus Eligible!

Under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, the Clinic RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates individual patient care in the clinic according to policies and procedures. The Clinic RN assists physicians in clinical duties to ensure patients and families receive the highest quality care and knowledge promoting patient wellness. The clinic RN maintains standards of the State Nurse Practice Act.

**What You'll Do:**

+ Utilizes the nursing process to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care for the patient/family which promotes optimal patient outcomes.

+ Meets the educational needs of patient/family/co-workers utilizing principals of teaching/learning.
