Clinic Support Staff

JOB PURPOSE

This job is responsible in monitoring the flow of patients in clinic, onsite or digital platform for various medical services. It is also responsible for attending and responding to members' and patients' inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction, including prioritization of VIP clients. Including ensuring correct payment for rendered service to patient was provided after each visit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Delight

• Welcomes/ assists patients and visitors of the clinic
• Monitors the flow of patients and queues them in the different sections of the clinic.
• Responds to telephone and email queries
• Ensures the smooth flow of patient traffic for consultation or procedure in the clinic.
• Assists in guiding patients to the doctor's rooms and/or other sections of the clinic.
