This posting is to fill one permanent position working 60 hours bi-weekly and one permanent position working 30 hours bi-weekly. It will also be used to establish a 12-month Eligibility List which may be used to fill similar positions.

This position is based in the thriving city of Whitehorse, Yukon.

Long-Term Care (LTC) provides resident centered care to individuals who requires assistance/care in various level in their daily living activities that creates a feeling of home belonging for all who live in Yukon Continuing care homes though responsiveness to the uniqueness of each resident. The services vary from intermediate to end of life care (Hospice) where the focus is on the care, comfort, and quality of life of a person with a serious illness who is approaching the end of life.
