• To analyze the local application cases raised from distributors or end users to provide the integral solution, and escalate to regional support if necessary.
• Provide the training program to local distributors, evaluate their application service ability and ensure distributors should provide qualified services to end users.
• Provide the professional application services to local KOL customers, establish the good relationship with doctors and increase the satisfaction of Mindray product and academic services.
