Clinical Application Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver application training on CR/DR to healthcare professionals on the proper usage of the X-RAY equipment
• Support workshops, events, and professional conferences through product demonstrations on X-RAY Systems
• Take responsibility to monitor customer installations to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
• Support minor troubleshooting for the customer and effectively communicate it to team members for future investigation
• Provide training report at the end of the training
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Radiographer, Medical Imaging or related programs.
• Prefer candidates with 3-5 years of experience as Clinical Application Specialist.
• Candidates with experience as Radiographer and has strong technical knowledge in X-ray equipment are welcome to apply. <...
