Clinical Care Coordinator - Smithfield

DNA Healthcare are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator, or a highly experienced Registered Nurse ready to step into the role, to lead a strong clinical team within a beautiful, highly regarded aged care facility based locally to Smithfield in Western Sydney, paying a salary package of up to $129K.

This service is recognised for its clinical excellence, compassionate care, and visible, supportive leadership. With well established systems and strong clinical governance frameworks in place, the focus is always on delivering high quality, person centred care while supporting staff to succeed.
