Clinical Chemist Expert (Tecate)

Responsibilities

• Perform complex chemical analyses on biological samples.
• Interpret test results, identify anomalies, and provide recommendations to manufacturing or healthcare professionals.
• Develop, validate, and implement new assays and methods to improve laboratory services.
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable laboratory results.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, scientists, and other laboratory personnel to provide expert advice and support.
• Keep abreast of advances in clinical chemistry, laboratory medicine, and related fields.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of materials, perform lot control, and sample lot matching.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and update records for designated areas; ensure calibration of laboratory instrumentation.
