3-month temporary role 
Immediate start
Part-time 
5 hours per day, 3 days per week
Central Wellington 
This role offers a varied mix of coordination, patient interaction, and administrative support across active clinical trials. You’ll play an integral part in ensuring studies run smoothly while delivering a positive experience for participants.
Working closely with the research team, you will:
Coordinate participant activity, including screening, enrolment, and study visits
Support patients through the clinical trial journey with clear communication and care
Keep trial documentation accurate, up to date, and compliant
Assist with day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling, and data collection
