                    A healthcare operations management company in the Philippines is looking for a candidate to manage HEDIS operations and train staff. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of BS Nursing and a registered nurse in the Philippines, with at least one year of bedside nursing experience. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and attention to detail while ensuring compliance with quality guidelines and implementing training programs. BPO experience is a plus.
