Clinical Data Coordinator

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Clinical Data Coordinator for their Costa Mesa, CA location. Responsibilities:

+ Performs duties related to editing and preparing clinical data for analysis.

+ Utilizing database software, Excel, and proprietary software to summarize research projects.

+ Manage data workflow between clinical and Oncology Management staff for reporting purposes.

+ Assist Supervisor of Oncology Data with development of Oncology program databases for capturing and recording data.

+ Lead database conversion while verifying accuracy and completeness of data from one database to another.

+ Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.

+ Engage in and conduct database’s quality control.

+ Review and resolve discrepancies in Oncology data in conjunction with Supervisor of Oncology Data, physician team, and other clinical data staff.
