Clinical Development Lead

Overview Esco Aster Pte Ltd, an affiliate of Esco Lifesciences Group, is a contract research development and manufacturing organization focused on emerging biology using cells as production factory. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee pre‑clinical development including CMC, regulatory, GLP toxicology, and clinical science activities.
Manage clinical operations, coordinate with external CROs and internal teams, and serve as primary contact for assigned clinical trials.
Develop, author and review scientific documents: protocols, technical reports, standard operating procedures, clinical study reports and regulatory submissions.
Support publication strategy, prepare manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations, and maintain a reference library of high‑impact publications.
