Clinical Development Medical Director Role

AbCellera seeks a Medical Director to lead clinical development in endocrinology and autoimmune diseases. Shape study strategies and ensure safety and compliance in trials.
In this key leadership position, you will guide programs through all trial phases, from pre-IND/CTA to Phases 1 and 2. Your responsibilities include protocol design, data interpretation, and management of patient safety. Collaboration with internal and external teams is essential for developing effective treatment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop medical strategy for assigned clinical programs
• Design and finalize clinical protocols and study reports
• Oversee patient safety as Medical Monitor for trials
• Analyze trial data and translate findings into strategies
• Engage with regulatory agencies and external partners
Requirements:
• M.D. or equivalent with Board Certification preferred
• 12+ years in clinical development leadership
