In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, Long Term Care or designate, the Clinical Dietician – Quesnel provides nutrition care through nutritional assessment, goal setting, intervention, and counselling to inpatients, outpatients, residents and/or community care clients according to established policies, guidelines, procedures, standards, vision and values of the organization. The Clinical Dietician under the general direction of the Diabetes Nurse Educator provides diabetes nutrition counseling to referred outpatients and their family/supports by providing instructions concerning nutrition...
