Job Description
Acuta Care Alberta, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) requires a Clinical Educator (CE). The primary objective of the CE is to deliver training to EMS direct delivery staff, project management and direction in areas such as transfer of learning, curriculum development, simulation, clinical support and other portfolios that support EMS Learning & Development. Travel within the zone and to other zones may be required. Primarily working weekdays, the Clinical Educator may be required on occasion to work weekends and evenings as well.
Description
As an EMS Clinical Educator, you will identify, develop, implement and deliver various training programs and initiatives, monitor the transfer of learning into actual practice, support the competency assessment process of EMS practitioners, and provide learning and development support to EMS personnel on an ongoing basis.
