Clinical Informaticist II, Registered Nurse (RN) - (Full Time, 40, Day)

RESPONSIBILITIES

I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participates as a Clinical Informatics team member, and assists with the coordination, implementation and evaluation of clinical informatics activities in accordance with department’s goals and objectives and mission of The Queen’s Medical Center (QMC) and The Queen’s Health System (QHS).
• Serves as a resource for Medical Staff and Medical Center departments for assessing and planning clinical informatics or health information technology needs.

II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking, sitting.
• Frequent: walking.
• Occasional: standing, stooping/bending, lifting and carrying usual weight of 1 pound up to 5 pounds (e.g. folders/paper products/office supplies), reaching above, at and below shoulder level.
