Clinical Informatics Lead, Temporary Full Time, Information Technology

Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, the Clinical Informatics Lead serves as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert, providing leadership and guidance for clinical workflows within the Health Information System (HIS) (LUMEO) across all Providence Care programs. The role advises on the advancement of evidence‑informed clinical practice and education by facilitating organizational practice changes necessary for the effective and ongoing operation of the Enterprise HIS. The Clinical Informatics Lead participates in relevant working groups with the Regional Lumeo Team, contributing to decision‑making, information sharing, and the promotion of aligned clinical practices within the health care community. Serving as a central advisory resource for clinical informatics best practices, the role works closely with local technology, Professional Practice, and Clinical Education resources to ensure alignment of clinical processes that support high‑quality patient care.
