About the role
Join Metlifecare and play a key role in leading the design, innovation, and continuous improvement of national clinical systems, processes, and care frameworks across Metlifecare villages.

The position will Champion best practice standards and digital solutions enabling consistent, high‑quality, resident‑centred care and provide forward‑looking leadership. Communication is key here as the position partners with Operations and Clinical Leaders to embed sustainable, national improvements.

Key responsibilities will include:
Lead national planning and optimisation of clinical systems (including VCare) aligned to clinical needs, standards, and organisational priorities.

Lead and drive cross‑functional projects to enhance clinical platforms, delivering clear outcomes on time and within scope.

Provide clinical governance for system design, equipment standardisation, and third‑party clinical partnerships....
