QUALIFICATIONS

• 1- Registered Nurse
• 2- Preferably with Master's Degree in Nursing
• 3- With at least 1 year clinical experience
• 4- Must be willing to handle lecture and RLE

ORDER of APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

• 2- Click and download the Employment Application Form provided by the HR office
• 3- Baptismal Certificate from the Catholic Church
• 4- Current Church/Parish Affiliation Certification
• 5- Marriage Certificate from the Catholic Church (for married applicants)
  Solo parent affidavit (if applicable)
• 6- Educational Attainment (Documents for evaluation: Diploma, TOR)
• 7- Photocopy of PRC ID and Board Rating
