Clinical Intern or Licensed Clinician - Special Needs Unit

We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled, and patient-focused Clinical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with youth patients with special needs, such as autism, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. You will operate in a supportive, collaborative environment.

+ Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and psychological assessments and evaluations, to determine diagnosis and plan of care.

+ Develop, implement, and continually adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

+ Monitor client progress and effectively implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

+ Maintain accurate, timely, and strictly confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to outside community resources when appropriate.
