Job Description

Collaborates with clinical informatics teams and business analysts to analyze requirements and functional specifications to design clinical documents. 
Builds and maintains configuration items and clinical templates, including order forms, flowsheets, and logic controls. 
Supports the technical build phase and collaborates with stakeholders on the feasibility or limitations of requested system enhancements. 
Manages routine service maintenance items such as catalog updates, pharmacy items, and location changes. 
Supports system testing by troubleshooting technical issues and resolving bugs related to developed items. 
Ensures version control and proper documentation of all changes to maintain process integrity and audit readiness. 
Assists in production environment deployments and ensures a successful go-live following established change management protocols.
