Our client is a mobile speech pathology practice that services all of Metropolitan Melbourne and Geelong. We value excellence as the standard and think outside the box to achieve holistic client centred goals. They work with clients from ages 7 up to and including aged care in order to increase their functional participation and quality of life through evidence based practice and positive passion. 

As a clinical lead, you will use your skills to support and mentor a team of Speech Pathologists to provide a high-quality service to clients of all ages. Responsible for team’s personal development, KPIs, team meeting, shadowing, and more.
