Clinical Manager, Aged Care Services

The Role

:
Reporting to the General Manager – Aged Care Services, the Clinical Manager is accountable for the leadership and performance of the clinical team and for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, evidence-based and person-centred care. The role is responsible for maintaining compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, relevant legislation, and organisational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership to nursing and allied health teams to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, evidence-based and person-centred care, including for clients with complex and high-acuity needs.

Develop, implement and strengthen a comprehensive clinical service framework, driving innovation, service integration and opportunities for growth across Aged Care Services.
