Clinical Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical operations and staff
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Coordinate patient care activities and treatment plans
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance and quality
• Provide training and support to clinical staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, customer service, or clinic administration (preferably in a premium dental, aesthetic, or medical setting).

Technical Skills
