Clinical Manager - Stepping Stones School Program

JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Manager ensures the delivery of quality services to youth and their families by providing guidance and supervision to program staff. This role oversees the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the program, including hiring, training, fiscal management, utilization management, clinical oversight and regulatory compliance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

+ Facilitate decision making processes, including the involvement of applicable stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based practice that achieve clinical, organization, and funder objectives.

+ Responsible to ensure program operates according to all funder and regulatory standards.

+ Ensure a trauma informed approach for youth and families including oversight for the clinical content of treatment plans.
