Must be based in the local area (Wellsboro, Kane or Cole) to travel to nearby offices as needed.

UPMC Home Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Manager to oversee the Wellsboro, Cole, and Kane Offices. This position provides clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary home health team. Ensures that quality, safety, and financial goals are met and staff adhere to regulatory requirements. The Clinical Manager position is also accountable and responsible for the overall quality of service, overseeing the planning, developing, organizing, and integrating of clinical care and coordination of assigned patients and designated teams, in support of the organizational goals and commitments.
