Key responsibilities
Clinical Medical Managers deliver industry-leading clinical trial excellence and early therapy area development, with high-quality scientific insights and engagement, trusted partnerships, and innovation. They work in close partnership with Clinical Operations and Medical & Scientific Affairs to connect product development and world-class clinical trial execution with early therapy area development and successful product launches.
Main job tasks
1）Deliver industry-leading clinical trial excellence with scientific insights and external engagement
Partner with Clinical Operations Therapy Area Leads and Trial Managers on scientific and medical aspects of early trial planning, start up, recruitment and retention
Gather, analyse, communicate and implement actionable insights throughout the lifecycle of assigned clinical trials
