Clinical Nurse Educator

Exciting opportunities are available for an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join a dynamic team within a ward caring for a diverse surgical patient cohort. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based at a leading private hospital in Sydney. ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality, evidence-based training and support to the staff at our hospital;

Developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs across the facility;

Providing valuable contributions to the hospital's quality improvement process;

Facilitating department-based training and clinical competency assessments across undergraduates.

Reporting to the DCS, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Floor managers to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital.
