Clinical Nurse Educator

An experienced Clinical Nurse Educator has the chance to seize an excellent opportunity to become part of the Perioperative Team at a private hospital in Sydney on a permanent part-time basis (32 hours per week). ABOUT THE ROLE
You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care is provided. The role will cover Recovery and Anaesthetics and reports to the Theatre Nurse Educator. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, your responsibilities will include:

Identifying educational needs by partnering with Nursing Leaders (i.e. DON, NUM, CNS) and Clinical Support Functions (i.e. Quality, Infection Control);

Leading and fostering a learning environment;

Maintaining a professional and constructive working relationship;

Prioritising patient safety and quality frameworks.

REQUIREMENTS

Current registration with APHRA;

Authority to Work in Australia;
