Provide patient education and support throughout treatment and recovery. Manage the daily operations of the Oncology Day Unit and ensure smooth workflow. Supervise and allocate nursing staff to maintain safe staffing levels and effective skill mix. Support staff recruitment, induction, training, and professional development.
