The Clinical Nurse Manager II (CNM2) is an essential member of the Nurse Management Team. The role involves the implementation and evaluation of nursing services, the maintenance of the optimum clinical environment, the clinical working environment and the enhancement of an effective clinical learning environment. The post is central to the co-ordination and management of activity and resources within the ward.
