Head Medical is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) located in the Taranaki region of New Zealand. This is a key leadership role within Mental Health & Addiction Services, offering the opportunity to shape clinical practice, support workforce development, and lead a well-established multidisciplinary team.
Monday–Friday position with no on-call requirements
Lead a 23-bed acute inpatient unit with a largely recruited workforce
Work alongside experienced SMOs, registrars and a strong senior nursing structure
Enjoy a relaxed lifestyle in a welcoming coastal region
