Clinical Nurse (RN) - Family Medicine

Overview
Under the general supervision of the Director of Clinical Services and/or the Senior Director of Ambulatory Services, apply the nursing process when making nursing judgments and decisions specific to assessment, planning, implementation/delivery, and evaluation of patient care, and documenting relevant data and care processes. Is knowledgeable of and performs within the scope of practice as delineated by the NH Board of Nursing.

* Use effective interviewing and physical assessment skills telephonically or face-to-face to perform patient/family health status assessments by collecting and analyzing physical and psychosocial data, identifying needs, problems and patterns/trends, rendering an appropriate nursing diagnosis/intervention, and evaluating patient’s response to plan of care.
