Clinical Nurse

Mercy Community Aged Care Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team on a Permanent Full-time basis based in our Residential Aged Care service in Rockhampton working Monday - Friday 10am-6pm.

About your role:

The Clinical Nurse will perform competency reviews and assessments whilst supporting ongoing planning and evaluation of individual care and service. With a focus on person centred care, this role you will:

• Provide clinical support to the care and service team, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained for residents.
• Coordinate and monitor the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards.
• Provide leadership and support to team members, assisting with orientation of new members, identifying learning needs and providing training and development.
