Conduct telephone and face-to-face triage assessments, determining the urgency of care required and initiating appropriate interventions. Monitor, assess, and manage patients receiving systemic anti-cancer therapies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted treatments. Identify and respond promptly to oncological emergencies, escalating care when clinically indicated. Coordinate patient care pathways and facilitate timely access to diagnostic tests, specialist reviews, and treatment services.
