PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Department of Rheumatology are seeking an exceptional, committed, caring, and compassionate candidate for the position of Fracture Liaison Service CNS or Candidate CNS.

The Fracture Liaison Service within the Rheumatology Department coordinates a secondary prevention service for patients who sustain a fragility fracture. This service currently identifies persons age 50 and over attending outpatient clinics and under the admission of Trauma Orthopaedics at Tallaght University Hospital.
