Clinical Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking the full-time services of a dynamic and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead a team of health professionals. The position is based in Mt Eden, Auckland and involves providing operations and clinical leadership to our Mt Eden, Waitākere, Manukau Bridge programmes as well as our respite service based in Manurewa. The service is regional and has multiple contracts for delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree and Full Registration in Addictions or related field i.e. Nursing, Social Work, Counselling or Psychology for at least 10 years
• Proven experience in leadership of Residential and Community alcohol and other drug addiction services for at least 3 years
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven Human Resources background
• Effective communication skills, able to deliver professional presentations to diverse audiences
