About The Role

We are hiring a Clinical Operations Manager to support a growing behavioral health organization. This is a role for someone who can step into a fast-moving environment, identify operational gaps, and improve systems without waiting for direction. You will work across intake, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and compliance, helping leadership improve operational performance and build scalable systems. This is not a task-following role; you are expected to think critically, make decisions, and move work forward independently.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Identify inefficiencies across operational workflows and implement practical solutions
• Improve intake, onboarding, scheduling, and operational coordination processes
• Support recruiting workflows for clinical staff including hiring coordination
