Clinical Optifill Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary:

Pharmacy technician role is filling prescriptions in an automated robotic environment providing mail order services for KPMAS and central fill services for KP outpatient pharmacies.

Essential Responsibilities:



+ Provides day-to-day work oversight of the Optifill system, workflow distribution, reporting, subject matter expertise, and troubleshooting to ensure the highest levels of patient service are met daily. Review work queues to ensure timely filling of all prescriptions. Report variances to normal as needed to management. Provide accurate prescription fulfillment with manual processes and automated systems.


+ Proactively participate in maintaining accurate records and maintain current knowledge of pharmacy rules and government LAWS and regulations; ensure compliance at all times.
