Position Description

The Clinical Performance Lab (CPL) Coordinator supports and
facilitates the daily operations of the Clinical Performance Lab, ensuring the
smooth delivery of standardized patient activities, lab‑based learning
experiences, and administrative workflows. The role oversees key functions
including SP program scheduling and coordination, lab readiness and support,
student‑worker collaboration, and front‑line clerical and reception duties.
Working under the direction of the Director of Simulation and Innovation, the CPL
Coordinator helps maintain an organized, safe, and efficient learning
environment while ensuring that working processes align with broader CPL
systems and infrastructure.
