Job Description
 :We are looking for a Clinical Leader to join our team to lead inside the Design Team Operations. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. This individual will be responsible for the day to day operations members, and their performance depending of the KPIs of each member area. Also, identify development needs, collaboratively execute individual development plans, and lead the team to achieve department objectives while providing new Spark users a world-class experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for following Envista's Circle of Values. 
Assist with requests and/or issues from the company products and/or services.
Provide ideas for Innovation and R&D to improve software, features, and products.
