**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Clinical Ambulatory Services Pharmacist** , you will be a central figure ensuring safe and effective medication management for outpatients, directly collaborating with providers to optimize pharmaceutical care and enhance patient recovery. In this position you will critically impact patient well-being within our Physical Medine & Rehabilitation Clinic (60%) & Neurology Clinic (40%) settings.

Every day, you will meticulously review prescriptions for potential drug interactions, correct dosing, and patient allergies, applying expert judgment to identify and resolve concerns before dispensing. You will proactively engage providers and educate patients, building trust and delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care.
