Job Advert Clinical Pharmacist Winfield Hospital, Gloucester Part-time, 18 hours per week We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at Winfield Hospital based in Gloucester. This role is key to delivering high-quality medicines optimisation, ensuring patients receive the best possible care throughout their treatment journey, from pre-assessment through to discharge. You ll work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues, providing expert advice, supporting governance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services. Hospital pharmacy experience is strongly preferred.
