Compensation & Incentives
NL Health Services offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and support pharmacists at all stages of their careers.
This position is classified as CG-41, with an hourly rate of $48.90 to $55.24, plus any negotiated wage adjustments or applicable supplements.
Eligible candidates may also qualify for recruitment and relocation incentives, including:
A signing bonus of up to $10,000
A Come Home Incentive of up to $50,000, supporting relocation to Newfoundland and Labrador
Relocation support to help offset moving costs
A student bursary of up to $10,000
These incentives are subject to eligibility criteria and Government of Newfoundland and Labrador approval.
