We are currently hiring for a relief full time clinical pharmacist to join our Community Pharmacy Programs - Renal Services, Surrey Kidney Care team at Surrey Memorial Hospital located in Surrey, B.C. This position is available until approximately April 2028 or until the return of the incumbent.

Detailed Overview

The Clinical Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services including individualization of patient medication therapy; patient medication counselling; consultation with physicians, nurses and other health care providers to develop and discuss therapeutic plans and assistance in the development of drug therapy guidelines for individual disease conditions.
