CarePartners seeks a Clinical Practice Lead to enhance nursing services in the Owen Sound area. This full-time role focuses on clinical education and leadership within a supportive environment.
As part of CarePartners' Nursing Team, this temporary position involves mentoring frontline staff and collaborating with regional management on Community Health Services. You'll guide nursing practices, support quality management, and help navigate Ontario's health systems to improve patient care.
