Job Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for product knowledge, Product technologies, market information, Product training (training will be provided) and clinical support such as related clinical study or updated knowledge to the team
Conduct and Provide training session; to healthcare professionals in hospitals and for internal staff training
Conduct Product Presentation; to the healthcare professional in the hospital and for internal staff training
To ensure that customers are provided with high quality care & attention throughout the sales & service process of medical technology procured and must be comfortable in supporting cases in OR room
To provide clinical support & trouble shooting of medical equipment to the users
Assist users to become familiarized with usage of the medical equipment.
Organize and execute a wide range of on-site training activities and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
