Clinical Psychologist (Finland)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence‑based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering psychological assessments, as well as strong report‑writing skills.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT.
• Develop specialised clinical care pathways in line with the evidence base and best practice.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
